- Delivery charges apply for locations outside Minsk. The exact cost is calculated at checkout based on the delivery region. We offer a sliding scale: the higher your order value, the lower the delivery fee.
- For orders placed in the first half of the day, same-day delivery is available in Minsk and the Minsk region (excluding holidays and pre-holiday periods).
- During holidays and pre-holiday periods, we recommend placing your orders 3-6 days in advance to guarantee timely delivery.
When placing an order, please provide:
- A complete address, including building number, entrance, and floor. For workplace deliveries, include the organization name, recipient's full name, and specific location details.
- Preferred delivery date and time window.
